**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Provide a bullet point list of the responsibilities and duties of this job.

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Follow communication “scripts” when handling customer’s calls.

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

Keep records of all conversations.

**Qualifications**:
Experience: Fresher’s are also welcome.

Specific skills: Excellent communication skills in English Language.

**Timing**:

- **FIXED NIGHT SHIFT (8 hours working + 1 hour break).**_

FIXED SATURDAY & SUNDAY WEEKOFF.
