About the Team

Citi Prime Finance Technology supports a rapidly growing business that uses technological innovation to maintain competitive advantage in a constantly evolving market. Working closely with the business, external vendors, and internal technology teams, you would build-out and maintain our next generation prime finance platforms. You would manage complex projects that will involve everything from incorporating a new technology within the existing ecosystem, to analysing new technology, documenting solutions, managing implementation ensuring that they are fit for purpose. You would do regularly mandatory work with a range of high-profile stakeholders.

About the Role

**You will be responsible for**:

- Drive tech mandatory book of work (Cyber Security, EOVS, Access management etc) along with global functional leads across 20+ products
- Work with enterprise infrastructure delivery team to ensure smooth delivery of hardware for development team’s use
- Work with enterprise engineering team to drive technology refresh agenda like enterprise containers solutions, AWS etc.

You will also be:

- Understanding tech mandatory priorities and working as a liaison between enterprise engineering team and LOB’s development teams
- Managing relationship with tech functional leads and taking ownership for providing regular project updates to key business and technology stakeholders
- Driving tech infrastructure budget forecast exercise and managing optimum expenditure of it throughout the year
- Optimizing infrastructure usage patterns and analyse cost saving avenues including reduction of asset inventory
- Communicating key project risks, defining mitigation strategies, and managing resolution
- Developing technology project plans along with functional heads and development managers
- Working with development and horizontal infrastructure teams to resolve infra issues and identify root cause
- Representing line of business in various internal technology and architecture forums and discussions
- Consulting all development teams in new age technologies in DevSecOps domain
- Working with vendor to manage external software licensing cycles and renewals
- Performing regular 1-2-1 with the team, setting effective goals for them and undertaking mid-year and end of year appraisal process

**Essential Skills**
- 10+ years of experience in software development and program management
- Prior experience and proficiency in DevSecOps tools like software deployment, code quality, ServiceNow, release management etc.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Experience in new age PaaS/SaaS platforms like AWS, Azure, Google cloud
- Good knowledge about microsoft office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools
- Practical experience in analysis, design and project managing end to end delivery
- Prior experience in various tech infrastructure platforms and architecture patterns
- Proven experience to remediate cyber threat and making technology systems safe and secure
- Understanding of the SDLC and Agile development
- Experience in dashboarding tools like ELK, Tableau, powerBI
- Flexibility to work with a global team, across geographies and time zones
- Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs
- A team player attitude
- A strong desire to learn
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodology
