We have an urgent opportunity For Solution Architect Role, Kindly find the Roles and Responsibilities below:
Solution Design and Architecture:
- Design end-to-end solutions for complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical architecture standards
- Lead the architectural design, development, deployment, and maintenance of AWS-based applications and systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and pre-sales teams to gather and analyze customer requirements, and translate them into scalable and robust AWS-based solutions.
Cloud Expertise:
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AWS/Cloud-based applications and systems, leveraging core AWS/Cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AWS/Cloud services and tools based on project requirements, scalability, performance, and security needs.
Technical Leadership and Collaboration:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices and architectural principles are followed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and operations to ensure smooth implementation and integration of solutions.
Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team to assist in solutioning, including participating in client meetings, conducting technical presentations, and preparing proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Assist in scoping projects, estimating efforts, and defining technical approaches to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and are feasible to implement.
Documentation and Best Practices:
- Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design documents, operational guidelines, and best practices.
- Promote and enforce cloud architecture best practices, standards, and policies across the organization.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with Cloud technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Conduct proof-of-concepts and develop prototypes to validate technical feasibility and propose mitigation strategies for technical risks.
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 14+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong focus on designing and implementing solutions on AWS cloud platforms, especially on Java, Spring Boot, MEAN/MERN stack(preferred).
Strong knowledge on Agile (Scrum) methodology and best practices
Experience on implementations based on Microservices architecture
Knowledge of API based architecture
- Hands-on experience with core AWS/Cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.
- Experience in designing and implementing highly scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-based solutions for enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices, including data encryption, key management, and IAM policies.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes) in Cloud environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional) preferred.
Experience in the BFSI sector or a similar regulated industry is a plus.
