**Responsibilities**:

- To take the responsibility of the complete sales of the clinic such as clinic therapies, service standards.
- To be responsible for counseling the visitors about therapies, laser treatments, hair transplant or other treatments as per need or as suggested by doctors. He/ she should have knowledge of skin and lasers, common therapies like peels, facials, lasers (Laser hair reduction, tattoo removal) & hair transplant.
- Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals
- Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet their professional goals
- Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with the laws.
- Will be responsible to handle outbound and inbound calls from the prospects and convert them into confirmed patients who will visit the clinic.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on patients' requests.
- Answer and make calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.

**Qualifications & skills required**:

- 3+ years of proven success in leadership roles with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions
- Must be patient service oriented & extremely organized and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
