**Responsibilities**:
Manage Key Client Relationships:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Conduct regular meetings, check-ins, and communication to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.

Client Strategy and Account Growth:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve client goals and objectives aligned with their business needs.
- Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions and strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to expand client accounts and secure new business opportunities.

Project Management and Service Delivery:

- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns and projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to share insights and recommendations with clients.

Communication and Reporting:

- Prepare and present regular performance reports and updates to clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams within the agency to ensure alignment on client objectives and seamless project execution.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
