**Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) 7:30PM to 4:30 AM**

**Working Days: 5 Days working (Monday to Friday)**

**Work From Office Only**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to potential clients to provide career counseling services and achieve revenue and new enrollment targets.
- Accountable to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure that the CRM system is updated regularly, and all client interactions are tracked accurately.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with colleagues and customers across all levels of the organization.
- Attend all training sessions and actively participate in company events and meetings.
- Maintain punctuality, attend work regularly, and communicate any absences or late arrivals.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to make at least 150 calls or meet 240 minutes of call duration from calls or online meetings daily.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
