**Job Summary**

The Sales Associate (Career Counsellor) is responsible for meeting revenue and new enrolments targets based on their tenure, managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively, maintaining a healthy and professional relationship with colleagues across all levels, taking no unnecessary or uninformed leaves, and being punctual to work. Additionally, the Sales Associate must make at least 150 calls or meet 240 minutes of call duration from calls or online meetings daily.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to provide career counselling services and achieve revenue and new enrolment targets.
- Accountable to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure that the CRM system is updated regularly, and all client interactions are tracked accurately.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with colleagues and customers across all levels of the organization.
- Attend all training sessions and actively participate in company events and meetings.
- Maintain punctuality, attend work regularly, and communicate any absences or late arrivals. Requirements, Key Skills and Competencies.
- Bachelor's degree (Preferable in marketing, Business Administration, technical or a related field).
- At least 1-2 years of experience (Preferable US IT recruitment experience) in sales or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to make at least 150 calls or meet 240 minutes of call duration from calls or online meetings daily.
- Self-initiator.
- Ability to work in US shifts.
- Ability to generate 3 Business Prospect (Lead) for the business daily.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales-related software tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Good understanding of the job market (Preferable US IT Job Market) and career development trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and approaches.

The compensation package for this role includes:

- Base salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
