**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Guide customers through the order process and provide post-sales support.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
- Generate reports on common customer issues and feedback to improve products or services.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on product/service features and enhancements to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with the product or technical teams to continuously enhance product knowledge.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Collect and document customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and convey insights to relevant departments.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a unified and positive customer experience.
