**Digital Experience Technologies Practice Head**
**Years of Experience - 20+ years**
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the P&L for the entire Digital Experience technologies practice, being responsible for all sales, delivery, strategy, capability and practice building, customer satisfaction, hiring and retention, and responsible for all key metrics including order book, revenues and gross margins.
- Digital Experience Practice consists of:
- Mobility & User Experience (MUX)
- Digital Marketing & Commerce (DMC): covering marketing, commerce and engagement platforms (Adobe, Hybris, HCL Commerce, Acquia, Liferay and others)
- Intelligent Process Automation (IPA): covering BPM and Low-code-no-code platforms (Pega, Appian, others)
- Work with leaders and key stakeholders across the organisation to position and represent the practice well to identify, craft and position our Value Propositions to Analysts and Advisors.
- Develop strong client relationships for the practice, to ensure good repeatability in revenues from existing clients.
- Instill a strong delivery culture in the team through active monitoring and course corrections.
- Own and ensure good customer satisfaction scores demonstrated through high NPS and good reference ability.
- Manage the sales process for the practice by building strong relationships with alliance partners, tracking industry and competitive trends to spot opportunities, and adopting ideas based on evolving markets.
- Talent management includes employee engagement, managing voluntary and non-voluntary attrition, leadership mentoring, Inclusion and diversity.
- Demonstrate thought leadership through the development of new solutions and offerings that are recognized by leading analysts.
- Work closely with analysts and advisory firms (such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC), move the dot to Leadership quadrants in various assessments and improve competitive positioning across products and offerings within the practice.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop the practice strategy, GTM plans, industry best practices, market insights and growth initiatives.
**Role Demands and Requirements**:
- Prior experience managing P&L of USD400M plus with YOY Growth of 15 to 20% or higher.
- Strong business acumen and execution rigor.
- Result-oriented, energetic, and collaborative leader.
