**Job Title: CRM Executive - Trainee**
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a CRM Executive Trainee, you will play a vital role in managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Here are your key responsibilities:
**Customer Data Management**:Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
Ensure data integrity and maintain a clean database.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
**Customer Engagement**:Assist in planning and executing customer engagement strategies and campaigns.
Monitor customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement.
**Sales Support**:Collaborate with the sales team to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Provide support in generating quotes, proposals, and contracts.
**Training and Development**:Participate in CRM training programs to become proficient in using CRM tools and systems.
Stay updated on industry best practices and CRM trends.
**Reporting and Analysis**:Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and trends.
Provide insights and recommendations based on CRM data analysis.
**Process Improvement**:Identify areas for process improvement within the CRM system and related workflows.
Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communication.
Document any issues or concerns raised by customers.
**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure a unified customer experience.
**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
Uphold high standards of quality and professionalism in all customer interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving abilities.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
