**Terms of Reference for Intern /Fresher Architect**

The Architect (Intern/ Fresher ) will work with the Reporting officer, under his guidance and supervision.
Present projects demands for design and making drawings, details, site execution and monitoring and accomplishing the task efficiently.

1. Work on design development based on given concepts.

2. Assisting in the development of work plans and management for various construction and environment projects.

3. Development of sustainable and cost-effective solutions for design and implementation.

4. Exploring building material, construction techniques and details as per the requirement of the projects.

5. coordination with the project team for timely execution of the projects.

6. Assisting in development of quality guidelines and standards for the field team.

7. Closely monitoring the projects for timely completion.

8. Assist in training and capacity building of the community and field team.

9. Creating a pool of resources/vendors/service providers for related works.

10. Design and development of child friendly spaces and elements.

11. Research and development on sanitation, water filtration and management and related works.

12. Site supervision and monitoring of construction projects.

13. Design and development of reports/presentation/leaflets as per the project requirement.

1. Any other responsibilities related to this position as asked by the management, as and when required.
