Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after sales, addressing any queries, concerns, or feedback they may have.
- **Order Processing**: Ensure all sales orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with the logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and resolutions. Prepare regular reports on post-sales activities and their impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Issue Resolution**: Collaborate with the sales and support teams to resolve any post-sales issues effectively, ensuring mínimal inconvenience to the customer.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, potential areas for improvement, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in the coordination of post-sales projects, ensuring that all parties are informed of progress and that deadlines are met.
- **Training and Support**: Provide customers with training and support on products/services as required, enhancing their understanding and utilization.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
