**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and industry research.
- Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory, develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, and conduct regular sales visits and presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support; answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Collaborate with sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
- Generate high-quality leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase company profitability.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in a similar industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and effectively manage client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
