I. Planning, Execution and Managing
- Sourcing enquiries from existing customers and their referrals, walkin customers, leads from management and

corporates customers provide by business development team.
- Collecting details from customer (Travel date and time, Destination, Number of passengers, Transport type).
- Follow up with existing customer and non converted customers on a weekly basis to enchance sales of tickect

booking for every month.
- For Group Inclusive of Tour (GIT) packages through domenstic and international operations teams the

tickecting part will be handled and completed by the ticketing team coordinating with the customer.
- Incase of direct group booking from existing customers and their referrals, walkin customers, leads from

management and corporates customers provide by business development team the tickecting team will have

to complete that ticketing process.

Air Travel:

- Check the Business to Business (B2B) online portal like Travel Boutique Online (TBO), Indigo Corporate,

ALHIND, and TRIP JACK and cross check with software like GALILEO, AMADEUS.
- Follow up with the customer regarding confirmation of travel, provide further clarification along with options

to the customer including cancellation charges and terms & conditions.
- Once the travel has been finalized by the customer, we have to get any one government recogonised ID Proof

for domestic (Aadhar / Voter ID/ Driving Licence) for International (Porper validity for passport (more than 6

months before the expire date) and valid visa has to be collected before the ticket has to be booked after

rechecking on the online portals and travel software and book the chepest available fare in accordance with

the preffered services provider, post checking the customer’s priority of seats, food preference and extra

luggage if any.
- Post booking the issuance of the tickect has to be done based on the fare initially confirmed to the customer

with the appropriate management fees.
- The finalized ticket sent to the customer has to be forwarded to our internal finance team with proper break

up of, customer name, billing name, which portal the ticket was issued, the purchase cost of the ticket,

management fees, services charges (if applicable) and the name of the person issusing the ticket.
- Follow up with our internal finance team for invoice and forward to the customer and supporting our internal

finance team until the complete payment is made by the customer.
- Keeping trak of all customers travelling by air and do web checkin and obtain the boarding pass.
- Send the boarding pass to the customer 24 hours prior to the travel time for all customers travelling by air.
- If there are any changes like cancellation of travel and reschedule of travel date or time by customer, we can

assist them in getting their refund as per applicability of the airline cancellation policy which as already been

communicated to the customer.
- Incase of flight cancellation by the airline, we should provide assistance to the customer by reaching out to the

respective airline and get the ticket amount refunded or reschedule another flight as per the requirement of

the customer.
- Supporting the internal visa team in obtaining tentative travel itinerary for processing visa for customers.

Train & Bus Travel:

- Check the avaliblity in the Business to Business (B2B) online portal like IRCTC & Dalhind for train travel and for

road travel Red Bus and Travel Boutique Online(TBO).
- In case of availability of ticket, based on the customer requirement, once the fare is finalized, communicate the
- Follow up with the customer regarding confirmation of travel, provide further clarification along with options

to the customer including cancellation charges and terms & conditions.
- Once the travel has been finalized by the customer, the tickect has to be booked through the online portals

after checking customer’s priority regarding seats and food preference, in accordance with the preffered

services provider already decided by the management.
- The finalized ticket sent to the customer has to be forwarded to our internal finance team with proper break

up of, customer name, billing name, which portal the ticket was issued, the purchase cost of the ticket,

management fees, services charges (if applicable) and the name of the person issusing the ticket.
- Follow up with our internal finance team for invoice and forward to the customer and supporting our internal

finance team until the complete payment is made by the customer.
- If there are any changes like cancellation of travel by customer, we can assist them in getting their refund as

per applicability of the cancellation policy of the IRCTC.
