Job Title : “Office Assistant and Client Servicing”
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
2. Managing of files and documents
3. To co-ordinate well with the team for performance-oriented results.
4. Handling and coordinating the client projects starting from project enquiry to final delivery.
5. To understand client’s requirements and do follow-ups on a regular basis.
6. To work with the dedication for the internal management.
7. To maintain healthy relationship with existing client through regular touch base & follow ups to get repeat business from them
8. To do research on a daily basis for staying up to date for understanding the market requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. An ability to work well with the team
2. Excellent communication skills to convey each and every message within the Agency.
3. Excellent interpersonal & communication Skills
4. Good working knowledge in word, excel, powerpoint
5. Strong problem-solving ability
6. Should have an ability to stay calm and stable while dealing with irritating clients
