The job responsibilities include:

- Infra & Statutory Compliance:

- Identifying suitable properties for new Hub/Spoke operations.
- Ensuring complete compliance with statutory requirements.
- Generating statutory compliance reports.
- Handling notices from any regulatory agency.
- CFA Management:

- Appointing CFAs (Carrying and Forwarding Agents) for new Hub locations.
- Managing changes in existing CFA vendors.
- Conducting regular monthly meetings with CFA representatives.
- Providing training to the CFA team.
- Retailer Servicing:

- Improving servicing levels for retailers.
- Tracking and managing Beat Management System (BMS).
- Coordinating local delivery cycles.
- Arranging point-to-point transport for upcountry deliveries.
- Meeting retailers to address their needs.
- Collection Accounting:

- Maintaining and rotating security cheques.
- Handling pre-signed and current-dated cheques.
- Managing VAN (Value Added Network) conversion.
- Addressing queries from retailers and Collection Relationship Officers (CROs).
- Managing collection through Cash Management Services (CMS).
- Confirming retailer balances.
- Stock Management:

- Ensuring upkeep of stock.
- Segregating Non-moving, Slow-moving, and Obsolete (NCP) stock.
- Conducting physical stock verification and providing Discrepancy Notes (DN) to CFAs for variance.
- Maintaining First-In-First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation.
- Managing Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Material Return Vouchers (MRV) accounting.
- Monitoring stock availability between Hub and Spoke locations.
- Handling marketing material logistics.
- Coordinating inter-Hub movement of stock.
- Cost Optimization:

- Reviewing and taking corrective actions on overhead (OHB) spending.
- Identifying areas for cost reduction and developing implementation plans.
- Handling Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Service Receipt Notes (SRN), and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for vendor payments.
- Reconciling vendor accounts.
- Managing Capital Expenditure (Capex) accounting.
- Reporting:

- Generating reports on operational efficiency.
- Handling Retailer Master Reports (RMR).
- Managing retailer opening processes.
- Ensuring compliance with audits.
- Health and Safety:

- Implementing Health & Safety Training Programs for employees.
