**Field Executive - Metal Fabrication Company**

**Position Title**: Field Executive

**Department**:Sales and Operations

**Report To**:Operations Manager/Sales Manager

**Location**: [Gurugram, Faridabad, Noida]

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:The Field Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing field operations, ensuring seamless communication between clients and the company, and supporting sales efforts. This role involves traveling to various sites, meeting with clients, supervising on-site activities, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. **Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, issues, and feedback.

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

**2**. Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.

Conduct presentations and site tours for prospective clients.

Support the preparation of bids and proposals by providing on-site insights and data.

**3.** Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project progress, and any issues encountered.

Prepare and submit regular reports to management on field activities, client feedback, and project statuses.

Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a field operations or project management role within the metal fabrication industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Other Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
- Physical ability to conduct site visits, including climbing, standing, and walking for extended periods.
