**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients from various industries and understand their unique cybersecurity needs.
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through a strategic blend of cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present Raksha Technologies' comprehensive cybersecurity services as the ultimate solution for their protection against cyber threats.
- Collaborate closely with our team of skilled sales engineers to showcase the technical prowess of our offerings during the sales process and facilitate seamless Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) experiences.
- Successfully close sales deals and diligently follow up with potential customers to ensure their continued satisfaction.
- Promote Raksha Technologies by actively bringing potential customers to industry events and customer seminars.
- Engage with prospects at various events and conferences to foster strong business relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the IT or cybersecurity industry.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, with an innate ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Strong capability to identify and pursue new business leads, regardless of industry verticals.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in relationship-building, enabling the establishment of strong rapport with clients and driving successful sales conversions.
- Demonstrated ability to set ambitious sales goals and develop strategic sales plans.
- Competence in handling customer inquiries, questions, and concerns with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with sales software and tools to optimize the sales process efficiently.
- Experience in building and maintaining a CRM database to nurture customer relationships effectively.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
