Position Associate Quality

Role Summary

Responsible for assorting Diamonds, administer amount and quality on daily basis. To check 4Cs, to meet requirements. Prepare report on daily and weekly basis.

Reporting to Production Incharge

Roles & **KRA 1: Quality Management**

Responsibilities **Collaborate with entire production team right from CAM QC till transfer for product for barcoding and organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines;**
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production manpower
- Adhere Quality standard at each production level.

**KRA 2: Production Detailing**
- Monitor production to resolve issues.
- Wastage control at production.
- Supervising and managing the work of junior staff.
- Gold control and inventory control.

**KPI**
- Gold control.
- Inventory control.
- Wastage control.

**KRA 3: Product Management**
- Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Ensure that team follows company policies and safety standards.
- Associate with production QC in terms of product final QC
- Ensure product movement for Hallmarking, Engraving are adhered process flow

**KPIs**
- Product delivery on time.

Entry Requirements

Qualification Span of Experience

2 - 5 years of Experience handling Jewelry, luxury goods.

Bachelor’s Degree, Gemology
Diamond Grading.
Jewelry designing.

Technical Competencies Behavioral Competencies
- Basic knowledge of gold and diamond Jewelry **Customer Focus with positive attitude value chain. ** Communication
- Good knowledge of Indian jewelry industry, history **Teamwork and Collaboration and cultural aspects and competitors and market ** Planning and Collaboration trends. **Professionalism.**:

- Knowledge of jewelry designs, manufacturing, Team Work. stock maintenance. **Customer Focus (Internal or External Customers)**:

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
