**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated **Female Boutique In-Charge** to oversee the day-to-day operations of our boutique. As the Boutique In-Charge, you will be responsible for managing store operations, supervising a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inventory, and maintaining the boutique's visual and product standards. This position requires an individual who is passionate about fashion, customer service, and retail management, and is looking to make a significant impact in a growing boutique environment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Store Operations & Management**:

- Supervise the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of service.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, register operations, and ensuring store security.
- Manage the store schedule, ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Monitor store performance to achieve sales targets and ensure operational excellence.
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of operations.

**2. Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each customer has a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, offer styling advice, and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Foster customer loyalty through personalized service, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- Ensure all customer requests (returns, exchanges, special orders) are handled in a timely and efficient manner.

**3. Sales & Visual Merchandising**:

- Drive sales by maintaining an attractive, well-organized store and ensuring effective product displays.
- Oversee product placement, window displays, and in-store promotional setups, aligning with the boutique’s brand and seasonal trends.
- Ensure that merchandise is well-stocked and displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Promote products and new arrivals through in-store marketing and customer engagement.

**4. Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are regularly stocked and properly displayed.
- Track stock levels and coordinate with the team for regular stock audits.
- Assist in the receiving, checking, and storing of inventory deliveries, ensuring product quality and accurate inventory records.
- Handle stock replenishment and reordering, ensuring that popular items remain available and that slow-moving stock is reduced.

**5. Team Supervision & Training**:

- Supervise and train boutique staff, ensuring they adhere to customer service standards and operational procedures.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Organize team schedules, ensuring that staffing is aligned with store traffic patterns and business needs.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss store goals, product knowledge, and any updates on policies or promotions.

**6. Sales Reporting & Financial Management**:

- Monitor sales performance, track daily sales figures, and report on targets and KPIs to senior management.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and oversee the end-of-day reconciliation of sales, cash, and receipts.
- Assist in managing the boutique’s budget, controlling costs, and driving profitability through efficient operations.

**7. Marketing & Social Media Support**:

- Assist with boutique marketing efforts, including in-store events, promotions, and social media campaigns.
- Contribute to content creation for the boutique’s social media pages, showcasing new arrivals and promoting special offers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that promotional materials align with the boutique’s branding and image.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Gender**: Female (as per store policy).
- Proven experience in retail management or as a boutique supervisor, preferably within fashion or lifestyle retail.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- A keen eye for fashion, trends, and visual merchandising.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Ability to manage inventory, perform stock audits, and keep track of sales figures.
- Social media familiarity and the ability to create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, or other platforms is a plus.
