We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Boutique In-charge to join our team. This is a dynamic role for someone who has a passion for fashion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. As the Boutique In-charge, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing inventory, and promoting the boutique through social media.

**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**:
**Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude.

**Inventory Management**:Track and manage inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained, and coordinate restocking as needed.

**Visual Merchandising**: Create appealing in-store displays that attract customers and showcase products effectively.

**Social Media**: Promote the boutique on social media by creating engaging reels, posts, and stories that reflect the store's style and brand.

**Sales Reporting**: Track daily sales and report to management, ensuring targets are met.

**Event Coordination**: Help organize and host in-store events to drive customer engagement.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Experience in Fashion**: Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, brands, and customer preferences.

**Social Media Savvy**:Ability to create eye-catching reels, handle Instagram and Facebook promotions, and engage with followers.

**Multitasking Abilities**: Excellent at juggling various tasks efficiently and effectively.

**Organizational Skills**: Detail-oriented with experience in inventory management and product arrangement.

**Strong Communication Skills**:Able to communicate clearly and make customers feel valued.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Prior experience in retail, fashion, or boutique management is preferred.

A creative eye for style and presentation.

Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
