**Location: Gurgaon**

**Role Responsibilities**
- Overall management of warehouse operation run by 3PL and ensure that they are complying Boston scientific quality and regulatory requirement.
- Overall responsible for 3PL’s & other vendors related to warehouse.
- Leading the monthly review meeting with 3PL, freight forwarder and other vendors.
- Close monitoring on outbound shipment from warehouse and make ensure it should reach on time for timely procedure in Hospital.
- Checking of vendor invoices and timely submission in finance for payment process.
- Training to Warehouse staff related to warehouse SOP and WI.
- Co-ordination with Global team related to supply of import and export shipment and troubleshoot situations.
- Co-ordination with CHA for timely clearance of shipment and provide them necessary information if required for custom clearance.
- Co-ordination with finance team for timely duty payment for custom clearance and payment of others vendor.
- Support the Sales and Marketing team on operational related aspect, trouble shooting and constant communication on any related issues, handle and resolve queries raised by stakeholders Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory and compliance team in a prompt and satisfactory manner.
- Handle various type of Audit - Quality Audit by local and global teams, Statutory Audit by 3rd party auditors.
- Complies with state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements; Enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Lead the end-to-end supply chain improvements for in India to achieve short
- and long-term objectives in the areas of value, cost, quality, safety and service
- Business mindset - the ability to see across organizational lines to identify highest areas of impact & improvements
- Skilled in structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, change management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Great communicator. Able to engage internal and external stakeholders to achieve change
- Responsible for the timely completion of goals and objectives. The individual will be responsible for ensuring all relevant Supply Chain systems are appropriately developed
- Work closely with the business, regional and global technical experts to drive end-to-end improvements in order to secure long-term cost competitiveness of the business
- Improve processes using LEAN methodology
- Actively participate in the change management process.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies
- coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods

**Role Requirements**
- Graduate degree. APICS certification / MBA will be preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in warehouse management and progressive experience in Supply Chain / Operations management.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage 3PL & 3PL staff
- Exposure to and experience working in regional/global supply chain operations.
- Has a proven track record of managing multiple tasks within a matrix working environment and simplifying that matrix for stakeholders and team.
- Strong process, project and time management skills with the ability to organize and handle multiple priorities.
- Working experience with SAP
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, enjoys working in a challenging environment, results-oriented and a team player.
