ROLE DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent should be responsible for following:

- Efficient in checking Invoicing related documents like Packing List, MDCC, Lorry Receipt etc.
- Verification of MRC (Material Receipt Certificate) PPN's & supporting documents.
- Take care of Planning & Monitoring of Complete Invoicing to Client.
- Reporting : Preparation of MIS/ status update for Invoices received / Checked / Submitted / Under processing at different stages / MOP prepared and submitted to F&A till realization.
- An efficient team worker, with pronounced soft skills & capable in optimum utilization of Organization resources to achieve prefixed objectives / set Targets.
- Coordination with Site Team, HO Team & Client for resolving issues reported in the invoices or supporting docs.
- Customer Management - Maintain cordial relations with Client. Involved in Regular meeting & processing with client on regular basis.
