We (Lasaki Ceramics) are a leading manufacturer of ceramic pots and ceramic vases, and we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our ceramic products to a wide range of clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and interior designers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.

2. Identify potential clients and establish new business relationships to expand the customer base.

3. Actively seek out and engage with prospective customers through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

4. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

5. Present our ceramic pots and vases to clients, showcasing their features, benefits, and unique selling points.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, such as brochures, catalogs, and online content, to support sales efforts.

8. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.

9. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress towards sales targets.

10. Stay informed about product inventory, pricing, and availability to provide accurate information to clients.

11. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer issues or complaints.

12. Attend trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products and identify potential business opportunities.

13. Keep abreast of industry developments and participate in sales training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the ceramics industry or a related field.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills to close deals and meet sales targets.

5. Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

6. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

7. Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales pipeline.

9. Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.

10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

SKILLS Required

Technical Skills: Good in Excel and Google Sheets.

Communication Skills: Good in speaking and understanding in Hindi and English.

Experience: At least 2+ Years of experience in Sales.

Personality: Persuasive and Team Player.

**Salary**: ₹8,661.26 - ₹12,000.00 per month
