Ui/ux Designer

Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviour, preferences, and pain points.
- Develop site maps, user flows, and wireframes to outline the structure and functionality of digital products.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to present and iterate on user flows and interactions.
- Create high-quality UI designs using Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop, ensuring consistency and brand guidelines.
- Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces, including high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes, while ensuring a consistent and on-brand design language.
- Design interactive elements and micro-interactions to enhance the overall user experience.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with product goals and technical feasibility.
- Produce design specifications, style guides, and design assets for development and marketing teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and our design processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Should have basic knowledge on the app development process.
- Should understand Human interface guidelines.
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and usability best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
