Location : Perungalathur, Chennai

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of SAP Workflow concepts and architecture.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language for customizing workflows.
- Experience with SAP Business Workflow tools such as Workflow Builder, Business Object Repository (BOR), and Workflow Customizing (SWU3).
- Knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori.
- Familiarity with integration aspects of SAP Workflow with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and design efficient workflow solutions.
- Experience with SAP Workflow monitoring and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

**Minimum jOB Requirements: (Education, Experience, Skills)**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required. SAP ABAP certification is added advantage.
- SAP certification in Workflow Development or relevant SAP modules is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP workflow solutions.
- Proficiency in SAP Business Workflow and/or SAP Cloud Platform Workflow technologies.
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex business processes.

Solid understanding of ABAP programming language and SAP NetWeaver technology stack.

Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Gateway, and other SAP UI technologies is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
