- Experience in handling Land & Bank related legal compliances and documentation - Eg. Registry, RERA, Bank loan approvals etc.
- Manage, train, and mentor the CRM team to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align CRM processes with business goals.
- Develop dashboards and reporting systems to track CRM performance metrics, including lead conversion, customer retention, and sales impact.
- Drive customer retention and loyalty initiatives through data-driven insights and personalized communication strategies.
