**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our SAS and software development services.
- Develop customized solutions and proposals based on client requirements, negotiating terms and pricing to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, addressing any issues or escalations to ensure a positive client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system, and generate reports as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to attract new clients and drive business growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to increase brand visibility and expand the client base.
- Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service excellence through ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events as required.
