**Call Center Executive role:

- **
- Answer and handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and their families in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to patients and their families about the hospital's services, policies, and procedures.
- Schedule appointments for patients and provide them with the necessary information to prepare for their appointments.
- Assist patients and their families with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Document all calls and interactions with patients and their families in the call center database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Meet and exceed all call center performance metrics.
- Mandatory languages - fluent in Kannada & English
- Experience - Fresher /experienced
- Mandatory languages - They should be fluent in Kannada & English.
- Location: Shivajinagar - corporate office(Anand Tower, No.54, Bowring Hospital Rd, Tasker Town, Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001)
- Week offs will be rotational
- Shift timings - First shift - 6.30 am to 2.30 pm

2nd shift - 8.00 am to 4.00 pm

3rd shift - 11. 00 am to 7. 00 pm

4th shift - 12.00 pm to 8.00 pm

Night Shift - 8.00 pm to 8.00 am (only for boys

Rs. 250 per night will be paid for doing night shifts
- Budget - 1.5 to 2.4LPA monthly based on experience

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
