**Pay Scale**: Merit based. Up to 1000 USD dollars if you can generate leads on top of the workload.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide students who seek information about our programs.
- Manage social media-generated leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into program enrollments.
- Communicate effectively over video call platforms.
- Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage the office environment to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to guide and assist students with program inquiries.
- Flexible to work 7 days a week, totaling 45 hours, with adaptable hours.
- **Must be able to communicate over video call platforms; 3 months training will be provided from America.**:

- Experience in handling social media leads and following up on inquiries.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Commission-based incentives on top of base salary.
