Role Description


This is a full-time role for a Counsellor at IMS located in Surat. The Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to students who are interested in studying for various competitive management exams like CAT, CLAT, CMAT and many other. The day-to-day tasks include providing information about various programs, taking counselling, cold callings, and evaluating student profiles. This is an on-site role, and the Counsellor will be based in Surat. 




Skills we look for


Ability to administer and interpret career assessments 

Identify students' strengths and interests, and explore career options.

Strong communication and presentation skills

Familiarity with college admissions, financial aid, and transfer processes

Familiarity with curriculum and competitive exams like CAT, CMAT, CLAT and other management exams. 

Previous experience in sales industry is a plus
