**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -**
- To generate top-tier virtual staging images that adhere to the client requirements within the designated work hours.
- To gain insights into client preferences and requirements for virtual staging projects.
- Visualize spaces and conceptualize virtual staging designs that enhance the appeal of the property.
- Select furnishings and decorative elements that complement the style and ambiance of the space.
- Perform post-modifications on images to refine details and ensure a polished final product.
- Work closely with team members to ensure the efficient and effective fulfilment of the client requirements.
- To stay up-to-date on latest trends and advancements in virtual staging techniques.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR -**
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in 3D modelling & rendering, Virtual Staging or Interior Design.
- Proficiency in **Virtual Staging techniques**, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Knowledge on 3ds Max and Corona renderer for 3D modelling and rendering.
- Proven expertise in interior design skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days to accommodate project timelines and client needs.
- The minimum system requirements entail a RAM capacity of 16GB or greater, alongside a Graphics Card with a minimum of 4GB memory.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection to facilitate seamless collaboration and online tasks.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with the team members/leads.
- Portfolio showcasing previous **virtual staging projects** (mandatory) and interior design work is preferred.

**Job Type**: Temporary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
