**Job Description**:
We are looking for a SAFe Scrum master with overall 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years of experience with hybrid Cloud solutions, to join a growing engineering organization. The ideal person must have worked in a fast-paced agile scrum team environment responsible for frequent releases.

**What you’ll do (Duties and Responsibilities)**:
Lead the multiple scrum teams using Agile methodology and scrum practices
Collaborate with Product Managers and scrum teams to drive value with each sprint
Remove any impediments and coach and collaborate with across team on removing those obstructions
Help the scrum teams to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
Support the product owners, scrum teams and provide guidance, where needed
Facilitate backlog grooming sessions by coordinating with scrum team, product owner and Product management
Ensure deliverables are up to high quality standards at the end of each sprint
Conduct sprint retrospective, sprint demos and sprint reviews
Guard against adding more work after the sprint has begun
Report on team velocity, value increased by reducing bugs, feature/tech debt etc

What you’ll need (Basic Qualifications)

Prior experience in leading multiple small scrum teams
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as DoR, DoD, user stories, story points, backlog refinement, sprint planning, etc)
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
Ability to adapt and change in fast paced environment
Self-driven, motivated and ability to stay focus in high pace environment
Servant leadership mindset & approach

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

Scrum master certification is required (SAFe or similar)
Experience with working companies developing modern SaaS / Cloud / Microservices based products
