Responsibilities

Manage timelines Scrum Masters ensure that the team meets deadlines and achieves the desired outcome. Resolve problems Scrum Masters host daily team meetings to address potential roadblocks and ensure that the project is on track. They also work closely with the product owner to translate items on the sprint list into actionable tasks for developers. Coach team members Scrum Masters coach team members on Agile methodologies and promote collaboration. Establish an environment for effectiveness Scrum Masters ensure that the team lives Agile values and principles, and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed to use.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master with Excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework Ability to coordinate people and projects Scum Master certification or Scrum certification Any project management experience on larger project teams is important Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills Ability to adapt to a changing environment Self-motivation and ability to stay focused

Desired Qualifications

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or related experience is preferred but not required.
