**Our company is looking for a Production Planning Control representative**_**.**_
- Production planning and management activities within the organization.
- Managing the entire planning for the Plant that includes Raw material and packing material planning, Production planning, Tolling activity and dispatch planning.
- Knowledge and implementation of MRP.
- To prepare Master Production Schedule (MPS) for production planning & scheduling of jobs.
- Creating and maintain bill of material based on data receive from specification & production team.
- Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
- Releasing of procurement plan.
- Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.
- To track the orders for the said target with marketing.
- To effectively translate sales forecast into monthly production plan.
- Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
- Able to do effective planning by scheduling work order.
- Collection & validation of product specification sheet.
- Material code creation.
- Able to make stock transfer order for required material.
- Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
- Monthly MIS.
- Should have experience of 2 to 3 years in SAP PP or SAP MM module.
- Familiar with Long Term Planning.

**RequiredSkills: -**
- Proficiency in Computer, SAP & Advance Excel.
- Analytical ability.
- Prior knowledge of BOM & Material system will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Achievement orientation.
- Team Player.
- Good Communication & inter-personal skill.
- Experience on SAP - MM/PP will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
