**Production Supervisor (Cosmetics Industry)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of cosmetics products.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor production staff on operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Schedule production activities and allocate resources to meet production targets.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to ensure seamless production flow.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to promote a safe and productive work environment.
- Participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback to production team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in cosmetics manufacturing or related industry preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and production management software.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for cosmetics manufacturing (e.g., FDA regulations) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
