**Role: Inward QC Inspector**

**Qualification and Experience : Diploma / BE Mechanical - 1 Nos. ( Min 2 year exp in IQC or supplier quality )**

**Diploma / BE Electronics - 1 Nos. ( Min 2 year exp in IQC or supplier quality )**

**Job description Mechanical IQC**:
1. Inward Quality Inspection of the mechanical component. PDI verification.
2. QC inspection as per drawing by using appropriate instruments.
3. Knowledge of instrument such as vernier, multimeter, thickness gauge, Go No Go gauges 4.Coordination with production, store and purchase team

5. Escalate the primary level issues to the supplier.

6. Knowledge of 5S, CAPA, kaizens

7. Problem solving techniques.

**Job description Electronics IQC**:
1. Inward material Inspection All types of electronic components.
2. Better knowledge of electronic components.
3. Hands on experience of LCR meter, Multimeter, Vernier caliper.
4. Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, 7 QC tools, ESD awareness, PCB handling.

5. Knowledge of QC Inspection Reports, Data sheets, Technical Specification.
