**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive for Attendance Software**

**Location: Ernakulam**

**Reports to: Sales Manager**

**Job Summary**:
The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting, marketing, and demonstrating our cutting-edge attendance software to potential clients. This role combines strategic marketing activities with direct sales efforts to grow our customer base and increase software adoption.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Marketing Activities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote attendance software.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Produce marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and presentations.
- Manage and update the company’s website and social media profiles.

**2. Sales Activities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in relevant industries.
- Conduct sales presentations and software demos to prospective clients.
- Tailor demos to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts.

**3. Customer Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide post-sale support and training to ensure successful software implementation.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve software features and user experience.

**4. Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, marketing campaign performance, and market feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the HR or attendance software industry.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and data analytics.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.

**Work Environment**:

- This position may require travel to client sites for demos and meetings.
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when necessary.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
