Job Title:
Dealer/Trader

Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra

Job Summary:
A Dealer/Trader in a broking firm is responsible for executing buy and sell orders for clients, providing market insights, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves real-time decision-making, client interaction, and thorough market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Execution:

- Execute buy and sell orders for clients on various stock exchanges (NSE, BSE, etc.).
- Ensure timely and accurate order execution to maximize client satisfaction and firm

profitability.

2. Client Interaction:

- Communicate with clients to understand their investment needs and preferences.
- Provide market updates and trading recommendations based on research and analysis.
- Address client queries and resolve any issues related to trading.

3. Market Analysis:

- Monitor market trends, news, and economic indicators to provide insights and advice

to clients.
- Use technical and fundamental analysis to identify trading opportunities.
- Keep abreast of changes in market regulations and adapt strategies accordingly.

4. Compliance and Risk Management:

- Adhere to regulatory requirements set by SEBI and other governing bodies.
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential losses.
- Maintain proper records of all transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trading activities.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Provide feedback to the management on market conditions and client sentiment.

6. Technology Utilization:

- Use advanced trading platforms and software to execute trades and analyze market

data.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in trading systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Educational Background:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NISM certifications) are preferred.
- Experience:

- 2-5 years of experience in trading or a similar role in a broking firm.
- Proven track record of successful trading and client management.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in using trading platforms (e.g., ODIN, NEAT, NOW).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in technical and fundamental analysis.
- Ability to use Excel and other data analysis tools effectively.
- Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reporting To:

- Trading Desk Manager/Senior Trader

Work Environment:

- Need to stay updated with market news and trends beyond regular working hours.
