Dear all,

We have opening for the post of **MCX Market Dealer** for finance security company

**Experience**:2 to 5 years

**CTC**: 5 LPA

Location
- Malad west (Mumbai)

**Office Timings**: 3.30 p.m. to 11.30 p.m.(Shift Time)

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.

Relevant certifications such as NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) series would be advantageous.

Proven experience as a dealer or trader in the MCX market or commodity derivatives.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Trade Execution**:
Execute buy and sell orders for commodity derivatives on the MCX market on behalf of clients.

Monitor market conditions, analyze trends, and make timely decisions to execute trades efficiently.

**Risk Management**:
Assess and manage risks associated with trading activities, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk.

Implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the interests of both clients and the brokerage firm.

**Market Analysis**:
Stay updated on market trends, news, and events that may impact commodity prices.

Conduct technical and fundamental analysis to provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

**Client Communication**:
Communicate with clients to understand their investment goals, risk tolerance, and preferences.

Provide market updates, investment advice, and respond to client queries regarding MCX trades.

**Regulatory Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and exchange rules related to MCX trading.

Keep abreast of any changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments to trading processes.

**Record Keeping and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of trades, transactions, and client interactions.

Generate and submit regular reports to management and regulatory authorities as required.

**Technology Utilization**:
Utilize trading platforms and software tools effectively to execute trades and monitor market movements.

Stay informed about technological advancements in trading systems and implement improvements when necessary.

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with internal teams, including research analysts, compliance officers, and support staff, to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
