**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Hygiene Management**:

- Develop and implement hygiene protocols and standards.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate regular cleaning and sanitization activities.

**Housekeeping Management**:

- Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and organized workplace.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies.

**Property Upkeeping**:

- Oversee the maintenance of the facility, including repairs and improvements.
- Coordinate with external vendors for property-related services.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules.

**General Administration**:

- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Assist in organizing events and meetings.
- Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management.

**Must Have**:

- Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar role with a focus on soft services.
- In-depth knowledge of hygiene and housekeeping best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and basic knowledge of facility management software.

**Nice to Have**:

- Certification or training in Facility Management.
- Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices.
- Experience in implementing innovative solutions for soft services.
- Knowledge of local regulations related to hygiene and property maintenance.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
