**Roles and Responsibilities**

Responsible for all operational proposal & implementation, pre & post tour activities, Good network of Vendors across, Budgeting, Costing and Successful Travel & Tour Operations.

Previous experience in inbound operations of a travel agency is a MUST.

Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating and providing complete information. Interacting with vendors to facilitate customer service.

Interacting with vendors, suppliers etc for efficient management of operations. Managing day to day operations of the travel company and inbound operations.

Fulfilling requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, replying to the requests.

You should have an ability to handle difficult situations, decision making, multitasking, problem solving & team management.

Good in Rate negotiation with hotels & Other Vendors. Client Servicing & Business Development # Go Getter Attitude & Target Oriented.

Advising clients and creating practical yet creative travel & tour itineraries for domestic destinations across India.

High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
