**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Asset Servicing Announcement Capture Utility Team is responsible for announcing corporate action events across 120 global markets for multiple Lines of Businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for processing & validation of Income, Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate actions.
- Need to own issues related to the Announcement Capture Utility and ensure timely escalation to both Operational and Risk leads
- You will have to work with various internal teams to process transactions and resolve any exceptions and also respond to and resolve client inquiries on a timely manner
- Perform root cause analysis for their respective clients to increase STP and reduce client inquiries.
- Strong understanding of Risk Management and should be able to manage the issues exceptions above materiality thresholds for resolution
- Partner with client service teams, technology and strategy teams to help identify improvement opportunities for better client experience and gain ops efficiency.
- Maintain the highest individual and team standards for quality assurance as it relates to all investor or fund activity / changes; ensure team is ‘Always Audit Ready’
- Maintain all process documents; BCP, SOP, SLA and recertify on a timely basis and by updating KPI and KRI’s on a daily basis

**Required Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree required (business discipline preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in Financial Services industry, preferably in custody & fund services, markets or prime brokerage space
- Strong financial markets product knowledge and understanding of the transaction lifecycle in Corporate Actions and/or
- Subject matter expertise in Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Collateral, Derivative

- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills including the ability to communicate strategic messages clearly and consistently with the team, making linkages to individual goals and accomplishments

- Ability to manage through a changing business landscape
- Anticipate issues and aggressively drive initiatives to ensure results
- Display high levels of integrity; operate on the basis of open and honest interaction
