Designation - Group Controller

**Description **
- Resorts as Group, Ensuring cost control systems and procedures are developed and maintained to support accurate audit control and supervising date-to-date operation
- Checking daily reports and month end report before forwarding to management for all Ramee Hotels Dubai Location
- Group FOC Items Reconciliation Report
- Ensuring that policies and processes on purchasing, receiving, transferring, issuing are updated and observed in accordance to Internal Operating Procedures manual
- Analyzing monthly results and making recommendations on opportunities to improve
- Working with group head chefs to achieve monthly food margins
- Providing ongoing training and SOPs to all relevant staff to ensure competency in use of inventory system

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,760,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work as F&B Controller: 7 years (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Khar, Maharashtra: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (required)
