Operation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Service**:
Handle and resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests, striving to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
**2. Booking Management**:
Manage reservations for flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other travel-related services.
Ensure accurate booking information, including names, dates, and preferences, while adhering to booking policies and agreements.
**3. Itinerary Planning**:
Collaborate with clients to create customized travel itineraries that meet their needs and preferences.
Suggest and arrange activities, tours, and experiences to enhance the travel experience.
**4.Vendor Coordination**:
Liaise with various travel service providers such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and tour operators to confirm reservations and ensure smooth operations.
Negotiate favorable rates and terms with vendors to maximize the agency's profitability.
**5. Documentation and Records**:
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client information, reservations, and travel documents.
**6. Payment Processing**:
Process payments from clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payment policies.
Handle refunds, cancellations, and financial transactions with transparency and efficiency.
**7. Travel Advising**:
Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Assist clients in choosing the best travel options, accommodations, and activities.
**8. Travel Insurance**:
Offer and explain travel insurance options to clients and facilitate the purchase of appropriate coverage.
**9. Crisis Management**:
Provide support and assistance to clients in case of emergencies, including flight cancellations, lost luggage, or medical issues during travel.
**10. Reporting**:
Generate reports on key performance metrics, booking statistics, and customer feedback to evaluate the agency's performance and identify areas for improvement.
