Line Supervisor

As part of our production team, we are seeking a dedicated Line Supervisor to oversee and manage the production line operations effectively.The Line Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating production line activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. They will lead a team of production line workers, monitor production progress, and implement measures to optimize productivity, quality, and safety standards. The Line Supervisor will also collaborate with the production management team to achieve production targets and continuous improvement goals.
- Supervise and lead a team of production line workers, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment focused on teamwork, safety, and productivity.
- Oversee production line activities, including assembly, packaging, and quality control processes.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and efficiency targets.
- Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on production line output.
- Address quality issues promptly and collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Generate production reports, performance metrics, and analysis for management review.
- Participate in production meetings and contribute insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Pay: ₹9,352.46 - ₹27,008.98 per month
