**Hiring for a Leading Global Petrochem Company**
**Job Title**: Dispatch and Accounts Executive
**Location**: Chembur
**Salary**: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Dispatch Management**:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the dispatch of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with logistics partners and transporters to schedule dispatches and resolve any transportation issues.
- Ensure compliance with all dispatch-related regulatory requirements, including safety and documentation.
- **Billing and Invoicing**:
- Prepare and process invoices accurately for sales transactions.
- Verify billing details with sales orders and ensure timely submission of invoices to clients.
- Reconcile discrepancies between invoices and sales orders, if any.
- **Sales and Purchase Coordination**:
- Maintain records of all sales and purchase transactions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Support the sales team in order processing and tracking.
- **Stock Handling and Inventory Management**:
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to identify any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for proper storage and handling of goods.
- **E-way Bill Management**:
- Generate and manage e-way bills for the movement of goods as per statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with the latest e-way bill rules and regulations.
- Address any issues related to e-way bill generation or compliance in a timely manner.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain comprehensive records of all dispatch, billing, and inventory transactions.
- Prepare regular reports for management review, including dispatch schedules, stock levels, and sales/purchase summaries.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Requirements**:
- Ensure all operations comply with applicable industry standards and government regulations.
- Stay updated on any changes in regulations related to dispatch, billing, or e-way bills.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Experience**: 4 to 8 years of experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the chemical or petroleum-based sector.
- **Education**: A degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with e-way bill processes, GST compliance, and logistics management.
- **Skills**: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
