To be Responsible for individual targets by way of servicing the event needs of the existing clients & upselling to them.
- To ensure seamless client interfacing and project management, with a focus on the timely completion of interim and major deadlines.
- To contribute to the analytical and creative thought process in new business development pitches and ongoing projects.
- Meeting up with clients to get a brief on their brand presence & need for consumer connect.
- Researching on the brand to get information on brand essence, competition, past consumer connect programs, etc.
- Presentation of the brief to the concept team, work with the creative team for ideation & conceptualizing.
- Presentation of the idea to the client so as to communicate the idea in an effective manner.
- Interact with the Production team to ensure effective execution.
- Lead & guide the team for effective planning, brand understanding & ideation.
- To be able to build relationships at senior levels.
- To maintain Good client contacts in the corporate sector
- To have Strong presentation skills
- To plan and execute a creative and structured approach to concept selling and client relationship management.
- To maintain a database of artists and entertainment options and to source them.
- To make a list of prospective clients and pursue them.
- To Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
- To plan and approach pitches
- To build relationships with new clients.
- To achieve daily, monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

**A minimum Experience of 3 years of working with a reputed event management company is a must.**

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
