**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Executive Assistance**:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
- Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and documents as needed.
**2. Front Office Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary.
- Ensure security and confidentiality of the office environment.
**3. Administrative Support**:
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to support overall office efficiency.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
**4. Communication**:
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
