- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
- Maintain service logs and documentation.
- Assist in system upgrades and deployments.
- Ensure timely resolution of user queries.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team for issue escalation and resolution.

Pay: ₹11,973.02 - ₹15,000.00 per month
